Indications

ZeniFOAM is for use on pressure injuries, partial-thickness wounds, donor sites, diabetic ulcers, full-thickness wounds, moderate to heavily draining wounds, surgical wounds, first- and second-degree burns, abrasions, and leg ulcers.

Contraindications

Do not use an an internal dressing or sponge.
Do not use on third-degree burns.

Warnings and Precautions

Do not use if a known allergy or hypersensitivity exists to the dressings or its components.

Mode of Use/Application

The white side of ZeniFOAM touches the wound. ZeniFOAM does not have an adhesive border and must be secured in place with another dressing such as gauze, bordered dressings, compression dressings or as directed by your medical provider. Replace ZeniFOAM when drainage is visible to the edge of the foam pad, if the dressing leaks, or as instructed by your medical provider.

Removal & Change Frequency

Replace ZeniFOAM dressing every other day, when drainage is visible to the edge of the foam pad, if the dressing leaks, or as instructed by your medical provider.

Additional Recommended Dressings

Secondary retention dressing such as bandage tape, gauze roll, or other retention dressing.
