Mode of Use/Application

Prepare the site as protocol dictates, ensuring the site and surrounding skin is dry and free of any residue. Hold the top of the dressing and remove the large white liner. Place the exposed adhesive on the skin and starting from the center, smooth over the skin to ensure good adhesion. Do not apply with tension. Remove the remaining white liner, placing the adhesive then smoothing towards the edges. Carefully peel off the paper frame, smoothing down the edge onto the skin as you go. Apply the securement strips to the outer edges of the dressing. Ensure the bottom securement strip is placed beneath any exiting lines. Apply light pressure to the perimeter to confirm securement. Place the documentation label and use in accordance with your facility's protocol.

Removal & Change Frequency

Dressing changes should occur at least every 7 days and may be needed more frequently with highly exudative sites or if the integrity of the dressing is compromised.
